About Me

Empowering Unique Minds: My Story & Approach
With over 30 years of experience in educational therapy, coaching, and consulting, I have dedicated my career to embracing neurodiversity. I believe that every brain is wired uniquely, and my mission is to help individuals and families find their own path to belonging, confidence, and growth.
Global Experience & Deep Understanding of Life’s Challenges
My 30-year professional journey spans two continents, encompassing special education in Israel, founding and managing a multidisciplinary therapeutic center in Silicon Valley, and maintaining a thriving private practice. I have worked with a wide range of individuals and organizations—from children, parents, and educational teams to employees and leaders at world-class companies like Google, Meta, and Apple. This international background provides a profound understanding of the demands of the professional world and its impact on family life. I meet you exactly where you are—whether you are a young adult finding your footing, an entrepreneur, a parent, or at a life crossroad—to identify your unique strengths and build a life of resilience and balance in an ever-shifting world.

A Strength-Based Approach
My coaching style is guided by recognizing individual differences as a source of power. I practice a strength-based approach, where the focus is not on "fixing" deficits, but on identifying and leveraging your unique cognitive and emotional attributes to navigate life’s challenges. In a safe, supportive environment, we harness self-awareness and develop practical, actionable strategies for personal and professional success.
Professional Wisdom, Deeply human
My professional journey is inseparable from my personal one. My own experience raising children with unique challenges and abilities and navigating the complexities of international relocation have profoundly shaped my empathy and active listening skills. These qualities stem from a place of genuine acceptance, appreciation, and a non-judgmental perspective. By leveraging these insights, I can offer professional, sensitive guidance to every individual and family as they navigate their most meaningful moments.
Professional Foundation
I hold a Master’s degree and a teaching certificate in Special Education from Tel Aviv University. I am a certified Didactical Evaluator from Beit Berl College, as well as a certified Educational Therapist and ADHD Coach in the USA.
I leverage my international background to support clients and organizations worldwide, helping them thrive—no matter where they are.
