About Me

I have over 25 years of experience educating, evaluating, consulting, coaching, and advocating for children and adults with a wide range of abilities. I hold a Master’s degree and a teaching certificate in Special Education from Tel Aviv University, and I am certified in Educational Therapy and in ADHD Coaching.
I started my career in Israel as a special education teacher and an inclusion mentor. After relocating to Silicon Valley with my family of three children in 2006, I spent eight years working as an Educational Therapist, and Program Coordinator of the Center for Special Needs at Jewish Family and Children’s Services.
Since 2016 I have been providing educational therapy, coaching, and consulting through my private practice. In addition to serving individuals and families, I have been working with various organizations and companies as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultant focusing on neurodiversity.
During my 14 years in Silicon Valley, I gained extensive experience coaching employees in leading tech companies such as Google, Apple, Meta, Asana, and various start-ups. I became more aware of the challenges of living in a rapidly changing and demanding work environment and its substantial impact on personal and family life.
My journey as a parent of children with unique challenges, and my family's relocation experience, have deepened my empathy and listening skills. I'm intentionally practicing an appreciative, non-judgmental approach and embracing and honoring each of my clients.
Since 2021, I have relocated to Israel and continue to provide my services globally through virtual platforms.
I invite you to learn more about my services and contact me at any time.
