ADHD & Executive Function Coaching
Transform challenges into strengths and build a life of competency and balance.

I provide specialized coaching services to college students, young adults, and adults who experience ADHD or ADHD-like symptoms. Coaching empowers clients to deepen their understanding of their unique strengths and to increase their awareness of how their symptoms affect their daily lives. Through a collaborative, pragmatic partnership, we develop tailored strategies and tools to help you work with your brain, not against it, and navigate the demands of complex environments, such as academic settings, professional landscapes, family dynamics, and social circles.

What you will gain:
-
Emotional Well-being: Address negative thoughts, past experiences, and limiting beliefs to achieve a lasting sense of inner peace and personal competency.
-
Strengthen Executive Functions: Optimize your brain’s "orchestra conductor" by improving organization, planning, and prioritizing systems that actually work for you.
-
Mastering Time & Procrastination: Develop practical tools to manage your schedule effectively and break the procrastination cycle.
-
Focus & Attention: Learn actionable techniques to initiate tasks and sustain attention, even in demanding settings.
-
Emotional & Impulse Regulation: Gain strategies to manage impulsivity and regulate emotional responses to daily stressors.
-
Foundational Daily Routines: Improve systems for sleep, nutrition, and physical activity that provide the necessary foundation for well-being, high performance, and self-regulation.
-
Environment Organization: Develop personalized systems to keep your physical workspace and home organized, as physical clutter can lead to mental clutter.
-
Productivity and effectiveness: Making daily life more enjoyable and enabling through practical habits and through delegating, outsourcing, and using supportive technological means.
My coaching services are offered to college students, young adults, and adults and can be modified for children and adolescents through collaborative or parent-only sessions.

Attention & Executive Functions Screening
As a certified educational therapist and assessor, I offer a targeted screening of your attention and executive functions profile.

Please note: This process provides a focused functional profile; it does not replace a full medical or neuropsychological evaluation!

To construct this functional blueprint, in addition to a thorough intake interview, I combine objective data of computerized assessment with world-class, standardized clinical rating scales (all testing and questionnaires can be administered remotely):

-
The MOXO Test: An objective, scientifically validated, computerized continuous performance test (CPT) that directly measures core attention metrics—including attention, timing, hyperactivity, and impulsivity—under the influence of embedded environmental distractors that simulate the real world.
-
Attention & Behavioral Measures (CONNERS & BROWN SCALES): Advanced, evidence-based rating scales designed to map out attention, focus, regulation, and behavioral patterns, showing how symptoms manifest across different environments (home, school, or the workplace).
-
Executive Functions Assessment (BRIEF): The gold standard clinical tool for evaluating how an individual manages and regulates their day-to-day life, tracking key areas such as organization, time management, working memory, and emotional-behavioral self-regulation.
This comprehensive screening approach serves three distinct purposes:
1. Initial Screening & Directing Next Steps
For adults facing daily challenges who have never had a formal evaluation, this process serves as an efficient first line of defense. The insights gained help clarify whether the source of the difficulty may be attention-related (and/or other challenges), allowing us to make an informed decision on whether a referral for a full psychiatric or comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation is necessary.
2. Customized Baseline for Coaching
To ensure that our work together is individually tailored, we sometimes need a roadmap. This screening is a completely optional tool, brought in only if a clear need arises during our initial intake session. The resulting profile highlights your unique functional strengths and gaps (such as attention, time management, organization, and regulation), enabling us to co-create targeted behavioral strategies from day one and monitor ongoing progress.
3. Complementing Medical Diagnosis & Monitoring Treatment Effectiveness
The MOXO test serves as an official decision-support tool widely recognized by diagnostic physicians (neurologists or psychiatrists), both during the initial diagnostic stage and for objectively tracking medication effectiveness. As a certified provider authorized by Neurotech, I administer the test and generate the clinical reports required by your physician.
If you are seeking medical monitoring, please obtain a referral from your treating physician for this test to support potential reimbursement by your insurance.
